Andrea Brinkman-Waterbury

It was a sunny Sunday afternoon in May. I was 32 years old, folding laundry for my family of five. Seemingly, I had it all: three beautiful, healthy children, a thriving career as a high school choir director, a house, a husband. But that day, I suddenly began to cry—and I could not stop. For four straight days, the tears poured out of me until my husband finally brought me to the doctor.

In therapy, I was diagnosed with late-onset PTSD, the result of unprocessed childhood trauma: losing my mother to cancer at age five, and visiting my father in prison after he was incarcerated for drunk driving. What I discovered in those sessions was that I had never grieved. I had neatly tucked all my emotions onto a shelf, and that afternoon, the dam broke.

For two years, I faithfully attended traditional talk therapy, and it was deeply helpful. But then, at the urging of my best friend, I attended a spiritual retreat in Wisconsin. That weekend cracked me open in a whole new way: acupuncture, Yoga Nidra, chakra massage, stone healing, a session with a psychic. In just three days, I felt more healing than I had in years. It was my first glimpse that there are so many pathways into wholeness. From that moment on, I was hooked.

Curiosity became my compass. I began studying Usui Reiki, hypnotherapy for trauma, and past life regression. Eventually, I found Dr. Mary Newstrom, under whose guidance I became certified in Holy Fire Reiki and Peruvian Shamanism. My journey took me all the way to the Amazon jungle, where I studied with Shipibo shamans—powerful women healers—during a 10-day Ayahuasca retreat. In that sacred space, another layer of my own healing unfolded, and my psychic gifts fully awakened.

I remember one early Reiki session with a client: as my hands hovered over them, I suddenly became aware of their team of spirit guides—seeing, hearing, even smelling their presence. When I lifted my hands, the sensation disappeared; when I placed them back, the guides returned. It was exhilarating and terrifying all at once. That moment forever shifted me. I knew then that the veil was gone, and my life would never be the same.

Over the course of my ten-year healing journey, my psychic abilities have only grown stronger. I’ve learned not only how to manage them, but also how to use them in service of others. And in doing so, I’ve discovered a deeper truth: anyone can awaken their own gifts. We are all far more powerful than we realize. We are exquisite souls—unique, radiant, and full of divine wisdom waiting to be remembered.

Today, my life’s work is to guide others along their own healing path. Whether through Reiki, Shamanic practice, psychic guidance, or teaching, my mission is clear:

✨ To serve and to teach.

✨ To heal and to educate.

✨ To empower and to embrace.

If my story speaks to you, know this: healing is always possible. No matter where you are—whether in grief, uncertainty, or searching for something more—there are pathways waiting to open. You are not broken; you are becoming.

I invite you to walk this journey with me—through a one-on-one session, a retreat, a class, or even a simple conversation. Together, we can open the doors of healing, empowerment, and remembrance of who you truly are.

Michael Fraser

Imagine facing a condition that everyone said was impossible to heal. That was the hook of Michael’s journey: he was confronted with a rare form of arthritis that doctors believed couldn’t be cured. But that diagnosis wasn’t the end of his story; it was just the beginning.

In the background of his life, Michael had always been someone searching for deeper meaning, but this catalyst moment—this so-called unhealable illness—pushed him to dive into the realms of energy healing and shamanism. Through that journey, he transformed not only his own condition but discovered that he could help others do the same.

As Michael worked with others, he realized that his clients became his teachers too, showing him just how deep the psyche could go and how old wounds could become gifts. He learned that when people found a place of safety, love, and trust, what once seemed unmovable could begin to shift. And that became his soul calling and legacy: guiding others to transform their deepest wounds into gifts.

Now, Michael wants everyone to know that they, too, can find that place of healing. His call to action is simple: if you’re willing to explore that space of trust and love, you can shift what once felt impossible and turn your own challenges into a path of transformation.
